Description
TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time, London based EMEA Marketing Manager. This role requires you to be in office at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Drive the EMEA regional marketing strategy and execution, with the majority of effort focused on the UK and EU, ensuring alignment with Kharon’s global objectives and commercial priorities.
- Serve as the regional marketing expert, applying strong strategic judgment to prioritize and execute integrated marketing efforts effectively.
- Lead regional events execution, including the hands-on planning, logistics, and execution of hosted roundtables, sponsored industry conferences, partner activations, and webinars to drive pipeline.
- Support a "hub-and-spoke" marketing model, proactively leveraging, adapting, and regionalizing global campaigns and core assets to fit local market dynamics, regulatory environments, customer needs, and cultural nuances across the UK and EU.
- Partner in lockstep with our London-based Head of Global Demand Generation to ensure all regional integrated marketing activities seamlessly support and amplify global demand generation goals and programs.
- Refine regional value propositions, narratives, and content in close collaboration with global demand generation, partner marketing, and product teams.
- Serve as a highly capable individual contributor, executing day-to-day work while maintaining a clear line of sight to long-term regional goals.
- Support broader EMEA initiatives as needed and provide lightweight marketing enablement and guidance to the APAC team as it develops.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and global marketing to ensure tight alignment on priorities, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership as a strategic marketing counterpart, supporting pipeline development, account-based initiatives, and key opportunities.
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns, resource allocation, and channel mix.
- Manage execution of the EMEA marketing budget set by global GTM leadership, maintaining strict financial discipline and maximizing ROI.
- Balance immediate execution needs with longer-term capability building as the region and team mature.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, industry organizations, and influencers to extend Kharon’s reach and credibility.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in field and event marketing, and a strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline, and brand awareness.
- Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, data, intelligence, or risk-related sectors strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of UK and EU markets; familiarity with broader EMEA is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results without heavy oversight.
- Comfortable acting as both strategic owner and hands-on executor, especially in lean or scaling environments.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and execute across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources with discipline and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring performance, assessing ROI, and translating insights into action.
- Highly effective cross-functional collaborator, able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling regional narratives.
- Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German) is a major plus, but not required.
