Senior Associate – Media Campaign Manager

Asset & Wealth Management Marketing Team | EMEA JPMorgan Chase

If you're passionate about data-driven media strategy and want to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and marketing, this role offers the opportunity to make a global impact.

JPMorgan Chase’s Asset & Wealth Management Marketing team is one of the most dynamic and far-reaching marketing organisations in financial services—and we're expanding.

Combat advertising waste and drive real business impact by executing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns across the EMEA region. Collaborate with local market stakeholders and agency partners to develop insight-led, agile campaigns that deliver measurable results. Join a high-energy team that leverages automation, data science, and innovation to take its media function to the next level.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate – Media Campaign Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the execution, optimisation, and performance reporting of paid media programs across programmatic display, paid social, contextual targeting, and account-based marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle—strategic planning through real-time performance analysis—while aligning efforts to budgets and KPIs.
  • Act as a trusted media advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, delivering data-driven recommendations on channel mix, tactics, and audience strategies.
  • Deep-dive into automation—identify efficiency gaps, champion innovation, and drive adoption of emerging tech to elevate media performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel paid media campaigns with EMEA stakeholders to maximise ROI.
  • Optimise spend across programmatic display, paid social, and contextual targeting, using structured measurement frameworks.
  • Drive performance through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
