We're disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for an EMEA Omni Brand Operations Coordinator to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

As we continue to expand our retail footprint across EMEA through owned stores, concessions and franchise partnerships, we are committed to delivering operational excellence and exceptional service across all channels. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-driven coordinator to support our growing EMEA Operations team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process franchise, retail and concession orders across EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Act as a key operational contact for franchise partners, retail stores and concession teams, providing day-to-day support and issue resolution.
  • Monitor order lifecycle from order placement through to delivery and store receipt.
  • Coordinate closely with our 3PLs in Europe and UK and Logistics and Retail Teams to ensure smooth product flow and on-time deliveries.
  • Support new store openings and seasonal launches from an operational perspective.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, export paperwork and operational requirements for international outbound deliveries where required from the EU DC and CFS.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve payment discrepancies, compliance charges and account-related issues.
  • Handle returns, claims, stock discrepancies and credit requests in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer, store and franchise account data across systems.
  • Support reporting and analysis related to order management, fulfilment performance, stock movements and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation and operational guidelines.
  • Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement of operational systems and tools.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, preferably within fashion, retail or consumer goods.
  • Experience supporting franchise partners, retail stores, concessions or multi-channel distribution networks across EMEA.
  • Strong understanding of outbound operations, order management and customer service processes.
  • Experience working with EDI platforms and EDI transactions is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and produce operational reports.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, inventory flow and retail fulfilment operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and customers.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
