Job Description
Join JPMorganChase, a global leader in financial services. The EMEA Payments Marketing team partners with product, sales, commercialization, product, and coverage teams to accelerate growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate our market presence across the region through high-impact, measurable marketing.
Role Overview
This Europe Marketing Manager will be expected to own and drive marketing for the priorities across Europe, with a focus on priority customer segments such as Corporates and Fintechs. They will translate business strategy into integrated, full-funnel plans that generate demand, deepen client penetration, and support revenue growth. The role is a balance of strategy with hands-on execution.
This Vice President will work closely with other marketers across EMEA Payments Marketing, and those who are focused on other segments across the sub-region.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Payments Product (Treasury, Merchant Services, Trade & Working Capital), Sales/Coverage, Country Heads, and broader marketing teams. The role requires strong judgment, senior stakeholder influence, and a disciplined approach to measurement and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Drive regional Payments marketing for priority growth areas and target customer segments, aligning to regional and global priorities.
- Build “growth plays” by market/segment (positioning, target lists, messaging, channel mix, and measurement), tailored to local market dynamics.
- Partner with product and coverage teams to define the value proposition, differentiation, and proof points for priority solutions.
Campaign and Assets Development and Leadership
- Lead integrated campaigns across the marketing funnel.
- Translate complex Payments solutions into compelling narratives, and creative assets (client stories, propositions, sales enablement, advising events, thought leadership).
- Drive always-on and activity across channels (owned, earned, paid where applicable).

Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the marketing partner to Payments stakeholders across the region and Europe in particular, influencing priorities and ensuring marketing is tightly connected to commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Country, Industry, and Product teams to activate locally relevant plans while maintaining consistency with EMEA/global messaging.
- Lead agency and vendor relationships (as applicable), ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and efficient budget use.
- Partner with global Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing teams as applicable for strategy and execution.
Measurement, Insights & Optimization
- Establish KPIs and performance reporting for growth plays.
- Turn data into executive-ready insight: what's working, what's not.
- Continuously test-and-learn to improve targeting, messaging, channels, and cadence.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Significant B2B marketing experience, including product marketing and integrated campaign leadership.
- Fintech and Payments experience and understanding of payments solutions is essential with evidence of impact.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven, insight-led marketing strategies tied to measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and full-funnel planning, including digital engagement.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong project management and execution discipline; ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and strong PowerPoint capability.
- AI understanding of practical application in marketing.
- Superior written, presentation and oral communication skills

- Deep knowledge of the payments landscape (e.g., treasury/payment flows, liquidity, cross-border, commerce, working capital solutions).
- Experience with account-based marketing concepts and partnering with sales/coverage teams on priority accounts.
- Strong grasp of measurement frameworks and marketing performance analytics
