EMEA Regional Records Lead

Summary:

Join our client, a leading organisation in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), as the EMEA Regional Records Lead. This role is crucial in overseeing and enhancing hardcopy records management across the EMEA offices. Job Purpose:

As the EMEA Regional Records Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing hardcopy records across our client's EMEA offices. You will ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements while developing services aimed at reducing risks and costs associated with Information Governance (IG).

Responsibilities:

  • Primary Contact: Lead as the main hardcopy records contact for EMEA offices, managing processes including legal holds and transfer requests.
  • Records Management: Efficiently utilise the iCompli system for records management, training local users and ensuring accurate records updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with office managers, partners, and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of hardcopy services.
  • Onboarding & Cleanup: Identify and prioritise EMEA offices for onboarding to iCompli, leading assessments and training for new users.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track key records and IG metrics, reporting back to the Americas Records Manager.
  • Disposal Process Management: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure compliant disposal of expired records in accordance with retention schedules.

Candidate Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in risk management, information governance, or records management.
  • Strong preference for law firm or professional services experience.
  • Proficient in Records Management Systems (RMS), with iCompli experience preferred.
  • Excellent client service focus and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of information governance principles and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, with outstanding time management skills.
