Job Description
Role Overview
The EMEA Public Cloud Services Sales Lead is a key role within the EMEA Cloud Organisation, responsible for driving the growth of Arrow’s cloud services portfolio across all EMEA countries.
Working closely with country cloud teams, this role will focus on maximising services revenue through structured engagement, targeted go-to-market execution, and direct support on strategic opportunities.
This is a quota-carrying role with responsibility for delivering measurable revenue growth across defined services portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver services revenue growth across EMEA, including defined targets and increased services attach rates.
- Develop and execute a scalable EMEA go-to-market approach for cloud services, including sales messaging and country enablement.
- Engage regularly with country cloud teams to share pipeline insights, target accounts, performance data, and best practices.
- Support strategic and complex opportunities by providing commercial guidance, positioning, and deal support.
- Collaborate with marketing, vendor, partner, and services teams on campaigns, webinars, events, and demand generation activities.
- Track performance and drive measurable outcomes across revenue, pipeline, conversion, partner engagement, and GTM adoption.

Requirements
- Strong commercial and sales acumen, with experience owning or contributing to revenue targets.
- Experience in cloud, cloud services, IT services, technology sales, or related B2B environments.
- Proven ability to drive growth across multiple countries, regions, or matrix organisations.
- Experience building or executing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, or demand generation plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical commercial actions.
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft ecosystems, partner/reseller channels, or managed services would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an EMEA-wide role with regular cross-country collaboration and occasional travel.
