EMEA SALES MANAGER Hybrid role with travel across EMEA High-growth commercial opportunity Amazing baby & family focused brand – UK, Germany, France, Nordics and broader EMEA Join a high-growth business with global ambition and genuine momentum.

ABOUT LOVE TO DREAM™ Love to Dream™ is on a mission to change how the world sleeps — one little dreamer at a time. Our category-defining infant sleep solutions are trusted by millions of families across the globe, and we're just getting started. Since 2022, we've achieved rapid year-on-year growth across the UK, Germany and broader Europe. We're a lean, energised team operating across Australia, the US, the UK and China — collaborative by design, fast by nature. We move quickly, back bold ideas, and hold ourselves accountable to outcomes that matter.

THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth role.

As our EMEA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating Love to Dreams commercial expansion across Europe, building strategic retail and distributor partnerships that bring our category-defining sleep solutions to more families than ever before.

You'll inherit an active pipeline of distributor and national retail opportunities across the region, meaning you won't be starting from scratch. But we're looking for someone who sees opportunity where others see complexity — someone who can open doors, build trust quickly, and convert relationships into sustainable growth.

Our priority markets are Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH), the Nordics and France. We already partner with leading retailers including BabyWalz in Germany, Galaxus in Switzerland and Aubert in France. Your mission will be to deepen these relationships, identify new opportunities for growth, and build a scalable network of retail and distribution partners across the region.

You'll be the commercial bridge between Love to Dream™ and our retail partners — understanding local market dynamics, identifying opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring our partners have everything they need to successfully grow the brand.

You'll also be a key partner to the marketing team, bringing retailer, distributor and market insight into marketing planning and helping shape the strategies that will build brand awareness, drive sell-through and support retail partners locally.

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you'll be one of the most important commercial hires we make in the region. The foundations are already in place — a loved brand, proven products and strong early retail partnerships. Your job is to accelerate that momentum, opening new doors, strengthening existing relationships and building a scalable partner network that establishes Love to Dream™ as a leading sleep brand across Europe.

What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you'll have strengthened our existing partnerships across DACH and France, secured new retail and distribution partners in priority markets, increased market penetration across Europe, and built a robust pipeline that supports the next phase of Love to Dreams growth journey.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Retail & Distributor Growth Own and grow a portfolio of strategic retail and distribution partners across EMEA. You'll nurture existing relationships, identify opportunities to expand ranging and distribution, and build joint growth plans that deliver results for both Love to Dream™ and our partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
