Sentinel Photonics builds laser threat detection and protection systems that protect military personnel, platforms, and critical assets. We are growing fast and need an experienced EMEA Sales Manager to own sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and take our laser detection and protection technology to the ministries, primes, and operators who depend on it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive growth across defence and security markets in EMEA.
- Build strategic relationships with defence ministries, prime contractors, and system integrators.
- Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract award.
- Set regional sales strategy and expand our partner network.
- Represent Sentinel Photonics at key industry events and exhibitions.

What We're Looking For
- Proven defence and security sales experience.
- Deep understanding of defence procurement processes.
- Background in photonics, optics, sensors, or electronic warfare.
- An established network across defence ministries and prime contractors.
- A bias for action: proactive, collaborative, and commercially driven.
