This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on using data to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and deliver real commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive consistent tracking of EMEA commercial priorities, translating insight into clear actions for markets and leadership
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance gaps across products, markets, and clients
- Strengthen retention and win-back performance by analyzing at-risk and lapsed client activity and driving market action
- Improve opportunity identification, activation, and conversion across the region using data-led approaches
- Analyse marketing-to-sales conversion and recommend actions that increase commercial impact
- Establish clear performance tracking, reporting cadence, and accountability across CP (Client Partner) and BD (Business Development) teams
- Bring together CRM, BI, and client feedback data (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power BI, ENGAGE) to drive prioritisation and performance action
- Support adoption and effective use of commercial AI tools, embedding them into core sales workflows and scaling best practice

The ideal skills and experience
- Experience in sales operations, commercial performance, or a data-driven role, or strong ability to learn quickly and apply analytical judgement
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
- Experience using CRM and BI tools (e.g. Dynamics 365 and Power BI), desirable
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to work cross-regionally with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
