The Role
As the EMEA Security Consultant, you will guide and budget electronic physical security and connected device projects. Conduct surveys, audits, and develop reports to identify security gaps and recommend solutions. Ensure projects comply with our Clients’ policies and standards, manage vendors, and oversee full project lifecycle.
Job Description
What you will do...
- Risk-Based Consulting
- Provide consulting services, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR)
- Project Management
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Vendor Management
- Evaluate security vendor bids, manage compliance, and oversee deliverables.
- Reporting
- Track and provide regular metrics and reports.
- Continuous Improvement
- Optimize processes, conduct after-action reviews, and contribute to technical document updates.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project scope and deliverables are well understood.
- You will gather and analyse information from different viewpoints before using your judgement to make effective informed decisions.
- Continually assess, explore better ways and propose new ideas to serve our customers.
- You will be able to look ahead anticipating, identifying and addressing risks or problems ensuring a right first time approach.
Qualifications
What you will need...
- 5+ years of experience in a Security Consulting or Project Management Role - managing the deployment of physical security systems. With specific experience in analysing, triaging, scoping, providing guidance for remediation, and justifying your recommendations for mitigation of identified risks.
- Good understanding of enterprise security in a business environment.
- Solid understanding of security operations, design, and system integration.
- 5+ Year experience in the design and/or installation of integrated electronic security systems, preferably gained in an engineering capacity. This is desirable but not essential but the ability to learn these systems is important.
- A good understanding of security systems Analog and IP CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion – intimate knowledge of Lenel, Milestone and Galaxy are desirable but the ability to learn these systems is critical (there is no expectation for deep technical breadth).

Technical Skills
- Subject matter expert in physical security.
- Must be IT literate and proficient.
- An understanding of IT principles and practices
- Experience of AutoCAD LT for creation and manipulation of 2D security layout designs is desirable.
- Must be proficient and familiar in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of local code/regulation/legislation knowledge for EMEA is desirable.
