Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Non-Technical Security Systems Project Manager to support the Program Management office overseeing multiple Security Systems teams by improving operational efficiency, driving consistency, and ensuring strategic initiatives stay on track. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, developing processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and transforming information into clear documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. This is a non-technical role focused on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking, and operational excellence.
This role operates on a hybrid basis with periodic in-person meetings and collaboration in the London office; candidates should be based within commuting distance of London, United Kingdom. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables
- Develop and maintain documentation that clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive accountability to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, and operational playbooks
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings that communicate project status, KPIs, SLAs, and overall program performance
- Gather information from internal stakeholders to develop clear, organized, and user-friendly documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize workflows across teams
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration and dialogue with key stakeholders for progress against the technology roadmap and project plans.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all records meet client requirements
- Provide general operational and administrative support as needed to advance department and organizational objectives

Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities, or Technology teams within a large, global enterprise environment
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, SOPs, process documentation, reports, and executive presentations
- Understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises, including project governance, operational processes, and collaboration across Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools, technology, and applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively
