About the Role
Abbott Nutrition is seeking an experienced EMEA Senior Marketing Manager to drive sustainable growth, brand leadership, and market expansion across our therapeutic nutrition portfolio. As a key strategist, you will define marketing direction, shape innovation pipelines, and collaborate with global and regional teams to execute high-impact commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Develop and deliver EMEA-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Define differentiated value propositions for the nutrition portfolio
- Lead portfolio strategy, commercialisation roadmaps, and market expansion initiatives
- Drive data-led decision-making to optimise performance and ROI

Innovation & Pipeline Development
- Lead the innovation pipeline from concept through to launch
- Align innovation with unmet market needs and commercial priorities
- Partner with global teams to shape strategic pipeline direction
Customer & Market Insight
- Generate actionable insights for HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), patients, and caregivers
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes
- Translate insights into clear activation strategies and growth opportunities
HCP & Consumer Engagement
- Develop engagement strategies for healthcare professionals and patients
- Lead integrated campaigns (education, digital, congresses, publications)
- Build advocacy and strengthen brand recommendation
Commercialisation & Affiliate Support
- Partner with regional affiliates to drive commercial success
- Provide guidance on activation, execution, and performance tracking
- Share best practices and ensure consistency across markets
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and Global Teams
- Influence stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment
- Ensure all activities meet compliance and quality standards

About You
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing within pharma, healthcare, or nutrition
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, excelling in data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to translate insights into commercial success
- Hands-on experience in complex, matrixed, international markets
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication
- Thrives in ambiguity, driving clarity, alignment, and execution
