EMEA Senior Sales Engineer

Senior Sales Engineer – Cyber Risk Management & CTEM

Brinqa – Cutting-Edge Cybersecurity Innovation

About the Role

Brinqa, the leading provider of unified Cyber Risk Management and Security Analytics, is expanding its team. We’re seeking a **highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our fast-growing enterprise sales organisation. This is a critical, customer-facing technical role, supporting large, complex enterprise prospects through our sales process. You’ll collaborate with account executives, strategic partners, and customers to deliver impactful product demos, technical proofs of value (POVs), and in-depth technical guidance on Brinqa’s market-leading Cyber Risk Management and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or risk management, with a passion for helping enterprises make smarter, data-driven cybersecurity decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment—where technical credibility and customer empathy are key—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with account executives to understand customer pain points and align Brinqa solutions to their business needs.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and live solution walkthroughs to executive-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO).
  • Lead technical POVs and pilot engagements, ensuring successful customer adoption and proving measurable ROI.
  • Assist in designing and scoping complex security architectures, including integrations with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerabilities scanners, and cloud security platforms.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding prospects through probylactic evaluations, triaging technical objections, and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with product management to incorporate customer feedback and market trends into future product roadmaps.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Support RFPs, security assessments, and competitive responses with accurate technical positioning.
  • Stay agile with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging threats in cybersecurity, AppSec, vulnerability management, and CTEM.

What You’ll Bring

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Company Overview: Pioneering Smarter Cybersecurity

Brinqa was founded in 2008 by cybersecurity veterans who recognised the critical gap in traditional security approaches:

✔ Isolated tools generating fragmented data → No cohesive view of risk. ✔ Manual, repeated processes to assess and remediate vulnerabilities → Slow and reactive. ✔ Lagging security posture for growing enterprises → Businesses paid the price.

Brinqa’s breakthrough solution connected all IT, security, and operational data into a single risk intelligence platform. This allowed companies to prioritise, respond, and demonstrate compliance faster than ever before.

By 2021, Brinqa had already proven its value to Fortune 50 companies—winning unparalleled customer trust. This milestone secured its first institutional funding, a $110M investment from USD Insight Partners, unlocking expansion into next-generation threat exposure management.

With $200M+ in funding secured since 2023, Brinqa is experiencing explosive growth—scaling revenue, headcount, and operational reach. Now, we’re recruiting ambitious trailblazers like you to fuel our continued mission: to train a cybersecurity from static thinking to an intelligent, actionable flow of risk insights.
