Specialist Solutions Architect – AI Decisioning & Supply Chain
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP).

Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing ** business and technical expertise** to help customers succeed. Partner teams develop and grow key technology and consulting partners, ensuring customers benefit from expertise and scale in solving complex challenges.

As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you’ll lead the evolution of AI-driven enterprise planning and decisioning, targeting a growing market in supply chain solutions. You’ll design cutting-edge architectures that fuel the mass adoption of Amazon Connect Decisions across customer planning and decision-making teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of enterprise-wide agentic AI architectures spanning multiple domains
- Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to align technical and strategic initiatives
- Deliver high-impact reference architectures that become industry benchmark standards
- Clarify ambiguity and drive global, multi-partner initiatives for maximum impact
- Mentor peers as a technical leader, elevating AWS’s Solutions Architect capabilities

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure security, networking, data & analytics)
- 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on cloud infrastructure/applications
- Experience with legacy system modernisation or cloud migration
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in infrastructure/database/networking architecture
- Experience engaging with customer communities (end users/developers)
