Specialist Solutions Architect – Agentic AI for Supply Chain Decisioning
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organisation (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise required to help our customers succeed. Partner teams lead the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key partners. Together, they deliver our customers the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of reimagining decision-making architectures for supply chain transformation, targeting an expanding agentic AI market. You will:
- Drive the architectural vision for AI-first decision-making frameworks
- Define solutions that empower enterprise planning and optimisation
- Guide adoption of Amazon Connect Decisions across multi-domain customer enterprises
You will owner end-to-end customer solution programmes, establishing new industry standards, methodological innovations, and scalable architectures. Operating independently and autonomously, you will solve complex, emerging problems, turning them into elegant, reference-ready solutions.
Beyond customer empowerment, you will be an internal advocate for customers, shaping AWS product roadmaps and creating thought leadership content that shapes how AWS communicates its vision to the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide agentic AI architectures across multi-domain applications
- Partner with C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders to co-develop technical and business strategies
- Design and validate reference architectures that become global benchmarks for AI-driven optimisation
- Simplify ambiguity, driving clarity in high-stakes, multi-country, and multi-organisational initiatives
- Mentor junior Solutions Architects, contributing to technical maturity and AWS-wide expertise

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in specific technical domains (e.g., cloud computing, software engineering, infrastructure, security, data analytics, or systems engineering)
- 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure
- Proven track record migrating or transforming legacy systems to cloud-native environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of expertise in scaling infrastructures, database architecture, or networking
- Experience engaging with user groups or developer communities
