What You'll Do
The EMEA & APAC Recruiting Lead is accountable for delivering measurable business impact through best-in-class talent acquisition outcomes. This role drives hiring velocity, quality of hire, and long-term workforce health by optimizing funnel performance, reducing time-to-fill, and improving downstream metrics such as retention and employee performance.
This leader partners closely with senior business stakeholders to align hiring strategy to business priorities while leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to scale recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
Overseeing the day-to-day talent acquisition recruiting, sourcing strategies, and coordination activities across their respective regions of responsibility, this role plays a critical role in driving recruiting effectiveness, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, and ensuring close alignment between regional talent acquisition execution and broader business objectives.
Reporting to the EMEA and APAC People Solutions Leader, this role has direct regional management of recruiters, sourcers, and talent acquisition coordinators. The leader is responsible for translating global talent acquisition strategy and process design into execution excellence and delivery of regional business outcomes, including time to fill, quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction, and retention.
The day-to-day
Team Leadership & Operational Execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Talent Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across EMEA and APAC markets.
- Monitor recruiter workloads, requisition health, pipeline bottlenecks, and service-level expectations, driving operational discipline and team accountability.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance check-ins, and skill-development coaching to build an agile, high-performing recruiting organization.
- Establish clear performance expectations, regional metrics, and internal governance routines to continuously monitor and improve recruiting delivery.
Stakeholder Partnership & Capacity Planning
- Act as the primary operational Talent Acquisition point of contact for regional business leaders and PB&C Business Partners to forecast talent needs and align hiring expectations.
- Proactively manage recruitment dynamics, resource constraints, shifting priorities, and hiring risks across multiple time zones and business units.
- Lead capacity planning and resource prioritization across EMEA and APAC, ensuring recruiting resources are strategically aligned to business demand and regional growth priorities.
- Represent regional Talent Acquisition in cross-functional discussions, business updates, and program reviews, ensuring seamless end-to-end candidate flow and stakeholder alignment.

Process Excellence & Compliance
- Partner closely with the Global Lifecycle Design and Enablement team to ensure effective regional adoption of global recruiting processes, ATS optimization, and data tracking standards.
- Ensure all regional recruiting activities comply with local labor laws, statutory requirements, data privacy regulations (such as GDPR), and internal corporate governance.
- Promote consistent recruiting practices, interview compliance, documentation standards, and an equitable, inclusive candidate experience across all regional hubs.
- Support audits, regional compliance reporting, and internal data reviews as required by corporate and regional standards.
Data Analytics & AI-Driven Insights
- Track, analyze, and report on critical hiring metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, conversion rates, and new hire retention.
- Leverage AI-driven recruiting analytics and workforce tools to uncover operational insights, identify recruiting bottlenecks, and inform proactive talent acquisition decisions.
- Prepare operational updates, trend assessments, and data-backed recommendations for the EMEA/APAC People Solutions Director to optimize recruiting workflows.
- Drive regional education and adoption of emerging talent technology, automation, and AI tools to enhance case management, sourcing efficiency, and candidate selection quality.
- Balance advanced AI-enabled insights with human judgment to ensure fair, ethical, and context-aware recruitment decisions, ensuring strict compliance with regional data usage guidelines.
Success Outcome Metrics
- Reduce time-to-fill across priority roles while maintaining or improving candidate quality benchmarks
- Improve quality of hire, measured through performance outcomes and hiring manager satisfaction
- Decrease early attrition (0–12 months) through stronger selection and candidate alignment
- Improve offer acceptance rates and pipeline conversion efficiency
- Deliver predictable hiring outcomes via pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
- Optimize cost-per-hire and recruiter productivity

What You'll Need
- 8+ years experience of progressive experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or staffing environments, including people management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters, sourcers, or talent acquisition professionals, preferably within a corporate or multinational organization.
- Experience driving recruitment performance metrics and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, complex workloads, and scale operations within fast-paced, highly regulated, or matrixed international environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the business.
- Solid understanding of compliance, recruiting principles, and local talent market dynamics across key EMEA and APAC countries
What Will Help You On The Job
- Experience supporting a diverse range of corporate, technical, and commercial hiring segments across both European and Asian markets.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, requisition forecasting, and advanced recruiting analytics dashboards.
- Strong ability to translate AI capabilities and advanced technologies into practical, high-efficiency business outcomes within an HR or recruiting ecosystem.
- Growth mindset with a clear commitment to continuous learning in AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
- Fluency in English (additional European or Asian languages are a distinct plus).
- Ability to work onsite at the regional corporate hub (e.g., London) at least 3 days/week, aligning with executive leadership presence expectations.
