As part of the Sales Finance team (EMEIA), you’ll be a critical link supporting an entire region with some 120+ functions across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. Currenly, we’re looking for a high-performing, analytical mindset to join our Demand Generation team – the core of EMEIA Sales Finance.

What You’ll Do
- Work within a small, dynamic, high-impact team going beyond traditional finance functions.
- Collaborate and pilot modern technologies to build efficient, data-savvy systems.
- Generate game-changing financial insights using advanced analytics and AI.
- Transform large, ambiguous datasets into direct measures of value that inform senior-level decisions.
- Present findings with technical fluency and compelling storytelling for clients, partners, and executive leaders.
- Advise cross-functional teams on business planning and investment strategies.
This role demands a self-starter with a can-do attitude who can quickly adapt to new challenges, rethink workflows, and continually grow—empowering the collective team to exceed expectations.
Minimum Requirements

- Proven ability to design and implement process improvements in finance or analytical roles
- Experience managing change effectively (both proactively and reactively) to enhance efficiency and value

- Educational Background: Higher degree education with preference for:
- Accountancy qualifications
- Other analytical / finance disciplines
Note: Qualifications are considered a plus but diverse, capable skillsets are what we prioritise most.
