Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $250K – $500K/year
About the Role
We are hiring for a Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI to design, build, and deploy impactful AI solutions for enterprise environments. This full-time role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect and integrate scalable AI systems into existing technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI models for enterprise applications, emphasizing performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines, covering data ingestion, processing, and model training.
- Partner with software engineers to integrate AI components into production systems and APIs.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks and tools to meet business and technical needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI systems, including architecture diagrams, model specifications, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years in software development, with a specialization in AI/machine learning applications.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLops tools for deploying and monitoring models.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions for complex enterprise challenges.
