Role: Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $250K - $500K/yr

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems for enterprise environments. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize AI models for enterprise applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines to support data ingestion, processing, and model training.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into production systems and APIs.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks and tools to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for AI systems, including architecture diagrams, model specifications, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI or machine learning applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design end-to-end AI solutions for complex enterprise challenges.
