As EMENA Supply Planner – Beverages & Kahl’s, you’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning across Costa’s beverage and Kahl’s product categories throughout the EMENA region.
Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, procurement teams and key business stakeholders, you’ll translate demand forecasts into robust supply plans that optimise product availability, inventory and working capital performance. You'll play a key role in driving supply chain resilience, managing supplier performance, mitigating risks and continuously improving planning processes to ensure exceptional customer service and support Costa’s growth ambitions across the region.

What you’ll do:
Being a EMENA Supply Planner – Beverages & KAHL’s is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
- Own end-to-end supply planning for Costa's Beverage and Kahl's categories across EMENA, ensuring the right products are available at the right time whilst balancing inventory, waste and working capital targets.
- Develop and manage short-, medium- and long-term supply plans, translating demand forecasts into effective replenishment and logistics plans that support business performance and customer service.
- Lead supply planning activities within the S&OP process, providing insights on supply risks, opportunities and constraints to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers, procurement teams and logistics providers, monitoring supplier performance, resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, supporting business continuity, managing obsolescence and product delistings, and maintaining accurate planning data and systems to enable effective decision-making.

Who you are:
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations or a similar environment, with a strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management and supply planning principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, manage complexity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence effectively across suppliers, logistics partners and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands while delivering results under pressure.
- Strong Excel and systems capability, coupled with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence across complex supply chains.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
