Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available to recruit Emergency Care Technicians to work within The Emergency Department. We are offering full-time or part-time positions.
You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You must be flexible, as you will be required to work across days, nights, and weekends to meet the demands of the service. About the Role
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the multi-professional team, providing **key support to registered nurses, ensuring accountability for nursing practice to the broader care team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients’ care needs
- Offer clinical support as part of the nursing team within the Emergency Department (ED)
- Deliver holistic, evidence-based patient care using acute nursing knowledge and skills, including those acquired through in-house training
- Work effectively and efficiently as part of the ED nursing team and act as a role model and resource for Healthcare Assistants, students, and department visitors
