The Senior Talent Team
The Senior Talent Team manages Talent Management, Development, and Acquisition for approximately 200 of our top leaders worldwide. These leaders range from the Executive Committee down four or five levels.
The team collaborates closely with ExCo members, extended leadership groups, and divisional Chief People Officers and HR teams. Together, they provide outstanding talent solutions throughout Flutter.
The team also supports central initiatives across Flutter, including the CEO-sponsored Play Bigger Program, Talent to Value, and ELP – our new Emerging Leaders Program dedicated to Global Mobility. Through these important projects and with the strength of our Senior Talent bench, we are creating innovative programs that will advance our leadership development approach.
The primary responsibility of this role is the end-to-end management and delivery of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). This includes coordinating program operations, managing relationships with key collaborators, sourcing and selecting candidates, and ensuring the successful implementation of the ELP development framework and learning journey.
Additionally, this role will assist with Talent Brokerage and Mapping. It will also manage and improve the organisation's executive onboarding proposition continuously. The goal is to provide a high-quality, engaging, and consistent candidate onboarding experience from offer acceptance to successful integration into the business.
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Support the operational management and implementation of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP).
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal collaborators, program facilitators, and candidates to ensure a positive participant experience.
- Coordinate and deliver the ELP development program, ensuring all learning interventions and activities are accomplished effectively.
- Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the build, ongoing management, and improvement of the organisation's executive onboarding proposition.
- Deliver a dedicated and engaging onboarding experience for new senior candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between onboarding, internal mobility development, and broader people initiatives.
- Track and regularly report on important metrics and the program. Collate aggregate insights and develop briefing materials for the Senior Talent Team.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry experts, specialists, and advisors.
- Leverage the ‘Groundbreaking Toolkit’ to provide a rich development experience for delegates.
- Other activities as directed by the Team Lead – being flexible to work in and across depending on near-term priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
