The role
As an Emerging Talent Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of apprentices, graduates and other early careers talent across the business.
Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
- Coordinating activities across emerging talent programmes, including inductions, development events, briefings, accreditations and graduation activities.
- Managing the Emerging Talent inbox and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with queries and guidance.
- Maintaining accurate management information, dashboards and reporting relating to apprenticeship and graduate programmes.
- Booking training and development activities against apprentice and graduate training plans and matrices.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate, learner and stakeholder experiences.
Essential experience of the Emerging Talent Coordinator:
- Experience communicating effectively within a customer-facing or stakeholder-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, reports and administrative processes.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.

Qualifications for the Emerging Talent Coordinator:
