As a Client Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering workforce solutions as required by our clients. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure there is a strong diverse talent pipeline. You will design and facilitate recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives and will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones, and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and establish recruitment strategies
- Provide workforce solutions as required by our clients. These can include liaising with, and supplier management of, third-party providers regarding contingent or permanent workforce, direct sourcing, selection, and candidate management, or potentially a blend of all
- Facilitate or oversee the selection process, negotiate offers, and secure acceptance of offers, whether conducted by Talent Solutions or through a supplier
- Ensure that there is a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with our central recruitment function where required
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics (internal and/or suppliers) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure consideration for a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time

- Experience working in a recruitment or similar role
- Good communicator with ability to build strong, long-lasting influential relationships
- Commercial awareness and understanding on how to positively impact profitability
- Ability to analyse data to help support decision making
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills
