Volunteer 1–2 hours a week supporting XR members who are neurodiverse and/or living with mental health challenges. Help them organise tasks, prioritise workloads, and feel more in control.

What are we looking for?
Essential
- Reliable
- Consistent
- Patient
- Excellent communication
- Active listening
- Understanding of neurodiversity and mental health challenges
- Respect for confidentiality
- Three years of experience in either of the following areas: Mentoring, Social Care/Counselling, Education, Training
Desirable
- Awareness of climate and nature crisis
- Familiarity with basic task management or organisational strategies
- A commitment to XR's values and mission
- Awareness of Safeguarding Principles

What will you be doing?
What You'll Do
- Meet regularly (online) with one or more XR members who need support
- Help them identify, unpick, and prioritise tasks in a non-judgmental way
- Offer a consistent, reliable, and structured space each week
- Adapt your approach to suit each individual's needs
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and signpost to professional support where needed
