Hours
- Carshalton College: 32.4 hours a week over 52 weeks a year
- Merton College: 18 hours a week over 52 weeks a year
Salary
- Carshalton College: £34,408 - £36,873 per annum
- Merton College: £19,116 - £20,485 per annum
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employability Coordinator to join our Employability team at Carshalton and Merton Colleges!
As Employability Coordinator, you will:
- Build on existing external employer partnerships
- Develop new partnerships
- Oversee the monitoring and organisation of Work Placements and Employability activities for full-time learners
Working with the Head of Employability, you will:
- Ensure all Study Programme/T-Level learners gain meaningful work experience/industry placements
- Adhere to health and safety policies and practices
- Monitor and record work experience/placements on college systems

- Ideally hold a degree or relevant professional qualifications in an appropriate subject
