Employee Benefits Account Manager
We’re hiring for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Benefits team!
About the Role
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic Employee Benefits team. Putting people first is at the heart of what we do—this extends to our clients and employees.
As one of our Employee Benefits Account Managers, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Provide administrative support.
- Take ownership of client service delivery.
- Work in partnership with relevant consultants to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
You will, using your skills, be responsible for:

Research & Analysis
- Gathering and analysing information from product providers, HR teams, clients, and third parties.
- Conducting detailed research across a broad range of financial and employee benefit arrangements.

Client Service & Enquiries
- Providing exceptional client service by responding promptly to enquiries.
- Managing renewals and re-enrolment schedules.
- Supporting clients through changes to existing arrangements.

Client Onboarding
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients.
- Ensuring benefit packages are implemented efficiently.
- Delivering supporting reports, market analyses, and documentation within agreed deadlines.

Collaboration & Account Development
- Working collaboratively with Consultants and colleagues to deliver high standards of service.
- Identifying opportunities for account development through market trends and business intelligence.

Record-Keeping & Compliance
- Maintaining accurate client and provider records within internal systems.
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

- Meetings & Technical Knowledge
- Attending client meetings and conference calls independently and alongside Consultants.
- Preparing policy summaries, recommendation reports, and portfolio valuations to support client reviews.
- Keeping technical knowledge current by staying up to date with industry developments.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in Employee Benefits, experience with products like risk, protection, health, and wellbeing).
- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- A dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative, proactiveness, and independence.
