Employee Benefits Account Manager – Critical Role
About the Role
To support our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic Employee Benefits team.
Putting people first is at our core, for both our clients and employees. As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Providing administrative support
- Taking ownership of client service delivery
- Partnering with the relevant Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Service Delivery
- Liaise with product providers, HR, and other third parties
- Conduct client research, analysing financial contracts and providing in-depth insights
- Respond to client enquiries regarding:
- Existing arrangements
- Renewals
- Changes in circumstances (including scheduling renewals and re-enrolment dates)
- Support Consultants in onboarding new clients by ensuring benefit packages align with client needs
- Produce deliverables (reports, market analysis, summary of benefits) within agreed deadlines
Strategic & Administorsive Tasks
- Work with Consultants to exceed client expectations in service levels and information provided
- Generate market intelligence for potential client development and portfolio growth
- Create detailed reports, including:
- Policy summaries
- Recommendation reports
- Portfolio valuations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
- Products (via Head of Risk and provider interactions)
- Legislative and technical changes

Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with a positive attitude
- Strong organisation – prioritising customer needs eagerly
- High attention to detail, ability to work at a fast-paced environment
- Preferred (though not mandatory):
- Previous experience in Employee Benefits
- BA/BSc degree (or equivalent experience)
