We're looking for an experienced employee benefits administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, you'll manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits
  • Coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to employee benefits schemes
  • Update member data, process renewals, manage claims data, and maintain communication materials
  • Respond to client and member queries promptly and accurately
  • Train and coach developing administrators in the team, supporting their professional growth
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts including insurers and providers
  • Ensure all client affairs are managed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in an employee benefits-related role
  • Proven experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive approach with ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ambition for career progression within employee benefits
