Employee Benefits Administrator
📍 Hybrid Working | Full-Time

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Employee Benefits professional looking to join a growing and collaborative team?

At Amber River Premier, we're looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator / Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate clients and delivering an exceptional employee benefits experience through our flexible benefits platform, Benefit Stream.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with employee benefits administration experience who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and contributing to a high-performing team.

The Opportunity

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you'll support the Employee Benefits team with the day-to-day administration of a wide range of group benefit arrangements, ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient and accurate service. You'll often be the first point of contact for HR and Finance teams, helping to deliver an outstanding client experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the onboarding of new corporate clients and their employees onto our benefits platform.
  • Administering employee benefits including:
    • Group Pensions
    • Life Assurance
    • Income Protection
    • Critical Illness
    • Private Medical Insurance
    • Dental Plans
    • Travel Insurance
    • Health Cash Plans
  • Processing new joiners, leavers, benefit changes, renewals and ongoing client maintenance.
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of our flexible benefits platform, Benefit Stream.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and supporting payment collection activities.
  • Producing management information reports for the Head of Employee Benefits.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both technical knowledge and a client-focused mindset.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience administering employee benefits for corporate clients.
  • Strong knowledge of group employee benefits products and providers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet agreed service levels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

Desirable

  • Experience working with flexible benefits platforms.
  • CII Award in Life & Pensions (Level 2).
  • PMI Pensions Administrator qualification (Level 3).
