Group Risk and PMI Dual Skilling Opportunity
Location: Southampton (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: Dependent on experience + performance related bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

The Opportunity
You will build your technical skills across two key product areas while managing a portfolio of small to mid sized clients. From day one, you will have access to structured training, mentoring and clear pathways that take you from developing your foundation skills to becoming a trusted subject matter expert.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage and support a portfolio of Group Risk and PMI clients Drive growth within your portfolio while anticipating your clients’ needs Communicating with your portfolio via Teams calls Build strong, long term relationships with clients and insurers Evolve new product lines and develop dual expertise with full support Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation

What You Need
Experience in either Group Risk or PMI as a minimum A positive attitude and willingness to learn both product areas Strong communication and relationship building skills Good organisation and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office
