Portfolio HR & Reward are delighted to be partnering with a well-established professional services organisation that is continuing to grow its Employee Benefits team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing strategic advice, and delivering employee benefits solutions that make a genuine difference.
Working across a varied portfolio of clients, you'll act as a trusted adviser, helping organisations design, implement, and optimise their employee benefits offering. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the team's proposition through thought leadership, market insight, and innovative ideas.
The Role
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, culture, and workforce needs before recommending tailored benefits solutions that support attraction, retention, and employee engagement.

This is a varied, consultative role where no two clients are the same, giving you the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, providing strategic advice and ongoing support.
- Design and implement tailored employee benefits programmes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse benefits data and provide recommendations to improve engagement and value.
- Deliver client presentations, workshops, and employee communications.
- Ensure benefits programmes remain compliant with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership and help shape the future employee benefits proposition.
- Stay up to date with market trends and emerging benefits solutions.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, client-focused, and passionate about helping organisations create benefits strategies that attract, engage, and retain talented people.

You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Financial Services, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within employee benefits consulting or a similar advisory role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using employee benefits administration systems and related technology.
