About You Strong Employee Benefits consulting experience, ideally across Healthcare and/or Group Risk Proven leadership experience within a client facing environment Commercially strong with P&L responsibility experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong knowledge of the UK Employee Benefits market
