Senior Employee Communications Associate
Up to £50k + excellent benefits package
W1, Hybrid (2-3 days in, 2-3 from home)
We're partnering with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to hire a Senior Employee Communications Associate to join its EMEA Communications team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly ambitious communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to work closely with senior leaders across a complex global business.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and delivering employee communications and engagement campaigns across EMEA
- Creating compelling content across digital, social and internal communication channels
- Supporting executive communications, leadership messaging and strategic storytelling
- Managing high-profile internal events including town halls, leadership forums and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinating complex projects, campaigns and communications calendars across an international organisation

What we're looking for
- Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Highly polished with exceptional emotional intelligence and the confidence to work with demanding senior global stakeholders
- Naturally ambitious, driven and proactive, with a genuine desire to progress your career
- Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
- Calm, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Experience using creative and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar is advantageous
- Experience in internal, employee or corporate communications within a global brand, agency or large matrix organisation is ideal
