Senior Employee Communications Associate

Up to £50k + excellent benefits package
W1, Hybrid (2-3 days in, 2-3 from home)

We're partnering with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to hire a Senior Employee Communications Associate to join its EMEA Communications team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly ambitious communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to work closely with senior leaders across a complex global business.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and delivering employee communications and engagement campaigns across EMEA
  • Creating compelling content across digital, social and internal communication channels
  • Supporting executive communications, leadership messaging and strategic storytelling
  • Managing high-profile internal events including town halls, leadership forums and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinating complex projects, campaigns and communications calendars across an international organisation

What we're looking for

  • Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Highly polished with exceptional emotional intelligence and the confidence to work with demanding senior global stakeholders
  • Naturally ambitious, driven and proactive, with a genuine desire to progress your career
  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Calm, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience using creative and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar is advantageous
  • Experience in internal, employee or corporate communications within a global brand, agency or large matrix organisation is ideal
