This isn’t a traditional staff dining role. As the owner of Talent Dining, you'll bring creativity, consistency, and personality to every service while upholding luxury lifestyle hotel standards.
This full-time, Monday to Friday role offers a structured schedule while keeping you immersed in an energetic culinary environment. At W, our approach to Talent Dining is unlike any other—it’s a dynamic, culture-enhancing space designed to improve daily life for our teams. Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for (though not limited to):
- Prepare and deliver high-standard daily meals for hotel talent.
- Develop rotating weekly menus, ensuring freshness, seasonality, and variety.
- Provide balanced meal options catered to dietary needs and preferences.
- Manage stock ordering, rotation, and waste minimisation.
- Maintain top-tier food hygiene, HACCP, and allergen controls.
- Keep the Talent Dining area clean, welcoming, and engaging.
- Support themed dining events and internal activations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maximise produce use.

Requirements
Our ideal Employee Dining Chef includes:
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, contract catering, or staff dining.
- A passion for quality food and creating positive experiences.
- Ability to work independently while delivering daily food service.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in food safety and kitchen standards.
- A team-first attitude and positive mindset.
