About the Role
Ready to launch your sales career or take it to the next level?
We’re looking for a passionate, confident, and proactive Employee Engagement Executive to work across the UK. Collaboration will be key as you team up with internal colleagues and our Sales Managers to deliver impactful employer benefits, helping enhance lives through health support, financial protection and tailored provision.
Join us in transforming how workplaces operate, ensuring that employees feel valued and supported. No cold calling involved—all work will be pre-booked. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference while unlocking high earnings potential with uncapped commission.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: £28,800 – £42,230 per annum
- Base salary: £28,800 (starting rate)
- After successful probation & on-target earnings (OTE) performance: £31,900 base salary with earnings in excess of £42,000
- Opportunity to reach £42,000 base salary + commission within 9–12 months

Earnings potential: Minimum OTE of £42,000, uncapped commission

Commission structure: Uncapped earnings to maximise achievements

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
- Visiting blue-collar workplaces (cycling schemes, care homes, warehouses, transport depots etc)
- Direct engagement with staff members to present and discuss employee benefits that truly improve lives—from health & well-being solutions to financial protection, including insurance offerings
- Pre-booked client locations — No cold calling required
- Make a tangible difference through better employee engagement

Requirements

Possess a full UK driving license (0–6 points, no driving bans in the last 4 years)

Exceptional attitude – able to connect effortlessly with people from all manner of work environments

Commercial awareness lets you understand how employers want to put exciting benefit packages in place for their staff
