Employee Engagement Lead Specialist – Work From Home United Kingdom (remote)
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how engagement comes to life at Convera.
As an Employee Engagement Lead Specialist, you’ll sit within the Employee Engagement team as part of the wider Employee Experience function — because we believe a great employee experience drives performance, retention, and business success.
You’ll partner closely with the Employee Engagement Lead to build an environment where people feel heard, valued, and motivated — where they understand how their work matters, feel enabled by their managers, and believe in where the business is going.
This role blends ownership, insight, and delivery — turning ideas into impactful, scalable engagement initiatives across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
Lead Recognition & Engagement Initiatives
- Own and evolve Convera’s employee recognition programme, ensuring it is meaningful, consistent, and widely adopted.
- Drive awareness and participation, enabling moments that reinforce our culture and celebrate impact.
- Continuously improve the programme to maximise engagement and relevance.
Activate Our Values & Culture
- Bring Convera’s values to life across the organisation, helping employees understand and apply them every day.
- Partner with managers to embed values-led behaviours that support a high-performing, winning culture.
- Ensure our cultural narrative is clear, consistent, and actionable.
Deliver Insight-Led Listening Programmes
- Play a key role in delivering Convera’s employee listening strategy.
- Analyse Employee Pulse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and influence senior leaders to improve engagement and performance.

Partner & Deliver at Pace
- Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to deliver engagement initiatives and projects end-to-end.
- Take ownership of delivery, managing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Build scalable solutions that empower teams and managers to take action locally.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and implement practical solutions.
- Bring a mindset of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Simplify and streamline processes to make engagement easier to embed.
What You’ll Bring
Experience
- Significant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or culture-focused roles.
- Proven ability to deliver programmes that drive engagement and improve outcomes.
Approach
- Passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Strong problem solver, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Customer champion mindset, always considering the employee perspective.
- Highly data-literate — able to interpret insights and communicate clearly.
- Confident influencing stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
- Self-starter with a startup mentality, willing to innovate and challenge the status quo.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Comfortable working in a small team, balancing strategy with delivery.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated global business.
- Familiarity with People Insight or Denison Culture Assessments.
