Role Overview

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will provide personalised support to employees using the OneHub platform, ensuring seamless access to benefits, reward, recognition and discounts. Working within the Employee Experience Centre, you will manage employee queries through calls and live chat, troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality resolutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction while consistently achieving service level agreements and performance targets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build expertise in employee experience and HR technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and live chat interactions, providing prompt and personalised support to employees.
  • Resolve queries relating to benefits, reward and recognition, discounts and platform access issues.
  • Build expert knowledge of the OneHub platform and its services.
  • Meet SLAs, quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and specialist teams to deliver efficient resolutions and exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence using initiative to find resolutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes, products and priorities.
  • A collaborative team player with strong computer literacy and a customer-first mindset.
