CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a market-leading specialist legal practice to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-5 Years PQE). This is an exceptional opportunity to join a top-tier team recognised for advising many of the world's leading listed companies on complex corporate and employee incentives matters. The firm is renowned for its specialist expertise, collaborative culture and commitment to delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
Offering a starting salary from £83,000, this role provides the chance to build a highly specialised career in an area of law that remains in consistently high demand.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK for the right person with occasional travel to the firms UK offices.

The Opportunity
Working alongside recognised experts in the field, you'll advise an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on:
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements
- Advising on executive and employee share plans
- Supporting the implementation of incentive arrangements
- Corporate governance and transactional support
- Working on complex UK and cross-border matters for major corporate clients
- Delivering practical, commercial legal advice to sophisticated businesses
This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor looking to move into a true specialist practice while continuing to develop technically alongside some of the most respected lawyers in this sector.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who possess:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ-5 years PQE
- Strong corporate law experience ideally within this area of law or transferable area such as tax
- Previous experience drafting or advising on shareholder agreements
- Excellent drafting and technical skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing a niche specialism
