Location: United Kingdom, remote (with monthly travel) Job Type: Full time, permanent

Supporting a well-established, forward-thinking organisation, this role lets you drive positive workplace outcomes by providing expert employee relations support to managers across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of the HR team, you will act as a trusted partner to managers, delivering practical and commercially focused advice on employee relations matters. This role ensures fair, consistent people practices while fostering a people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, pragmatic advice to managers on:
- Disciplinary & grievance cases
- Performance management
- Absence management
- Flexible working requests
- Redundancies
- Other employment-related issues
- Support and coach managers through complex people matters, enhancing their confidence in handling sensitive situations.
- Develop, review, and deliver training resources to strengthen management’s understanding of HR policies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration in investigations, consultations, and formal proceedings.
- Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, balancing business needs with fairness and employee wellbeing.
- Draft high-quality correspondence (e.g., investigation outcomes, disciplinary/grievance letters, advisory notes) while maintaining legislative compliance.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with UK employment law and organisational requirements.

About You
We’re looking for a seasoned candidate with:
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor, guiding managers in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong case-management skills, adept at handling diverse employee relations matters with confidence.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation; experience with Republic of Ireland cases is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence, counsel, and support managers through challenging situations.
- A professional, pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to employee relations.
