Salary in the region of £32-38k + company bonus, private health care, PHI, life assurance, annual leave purchase, and more.
Flexible hybrid working – predominantly home-based, with travel to our Glasgow office and other travel as required.

About the Role
We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys partnering with managers, navigating people matters, and helping create positive colleague experiences.
This role will see you providing expert advice and guidance across employee relations activities, ensuring decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with business needs. Working closely with HR Business Partners and management, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Responsibilities
As an ER Advisor, your days will be fast-paced and varied, including but not limited to:
- Providing first-line HR expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters
- Managing and supporting a range of employee relations cases end-to-end
- Coaching leaders through people challenges that align employee experience with business needs
- Supporting formal processes, investigations, and administrative documentation
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly while supporting updates
- Using people insights to inform better business decisions
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Requirements
You’ll need to bring both expertise and energy to this role. Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisor, or HRBP support role
- Strong experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases from start to finish
- Experience advising and coaching managers on people issues and employment legislation
- Experience and confidence in supporting people processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of UK employment law with Republic of Ireland (ROI) experience advantageous
- Experience working within a complex and commercially-driven environment
