The Opportunity:
The Curve Group has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR Outsourcing (HRO) team based at its Hinton in the Hedges site in Northamptonshire. This is a varied and challenging role which will primarily support our HR and on-demand clients with ER queries. As such we are looking for an extremely organised, accurate and articulate team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for ER queries via our telephone helpline and inbox
- Supporting our clients on all areas of the Employee Lifecycle
- Advise on employee relations matters, guiding line managers through agreed processes and procedures, or in line with statutory requirements, to a conclusion
- Advising on a range of employee relations cases such as absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures, including complex cases
- Providing proactive guidance to Line Managers, such as providing investigation questions, meeting scripts and reviewing any documentation produced by Line Managers during cases
- Provide support in drafting letters across the lifecycle of the case, tailoring where necessary dependant on the individual circumstances
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Writing, reviewing and assisting in implementing company policies and procedures
