Employee Relations Advisor (Pensions)
As an Employee Relations Advisor (Pensions) in our People Services department you will:
- In liaison with the relevant pension’s administrator, provide HR pension information and support to line managers, business partners and all employees.
- Investigate and resolve a wide range of pensions related issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Responsible for the production of all pensions related documents (e.g. associated policies, discretions etc.) to ensure they are up to date and reflective of current legislation and regulations.
- Input all relevant pension changes on the current pay system in a timely manner to ensure that staff and employer contributions are accurate.
- Liaise with employees and external stakeholders in resolving issues and finding solutions whilst working to tight deadlines.

- Post specific qualification at Level 3 or above or equivalent demonstrable working experience at this level.
- Experience of meeting best practice guidelines and employment legislation requirements, minimising organisational risk.
- Effective organisational and time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards.

Further Information
- You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. You will be required to complete occasional travel across Dorset & Wiltshire.
- A Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be undertaken on the successful individual prior to offer of employment.
