Employee Relations Advisor - Leeds
Temporary - 4 to 5 Months
Hybrid - Immediate Start Available
Elevation People & HR are working with a manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Employee Relations Advisor on a temporary basis for a 5 months period.
Reporting into the Head People, you will be responsible for managing a ER caseload and supporting a busy operational environment, you will provide practical HR advice to managers across the business including:

- ER case management including absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
- Supporting change activity, HR policies and wider people projects
- Coaching and guiding managers on HR best practice and employment law
- Working collaboratively as part of a wider HR and cross-functional team
We are keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role, preferably in fast paced manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
- Confident managing ER casework independently
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing / operational environment
