Employee Relations and People Advisory Team Lead
The Employee Relations and People Advisory Team Lead will oversee employee relations and provide expert guidance to ensure effective people management within the organisation. This role is pivotal in shaping HR practices in the not-for-profit sector.

Description
- Lead and manage the Employee Relations and People Advisory team to deliver effective HR services.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Oversee complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fair outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training on HR best practices.
- Support organisational change initiatives, offering guidance on people management and workforce planning.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with the organisation's mission and values.

Profile
A successful Employee Relations and People Advisory Team Lead should have:
- Proven expertise in employee relations within the human resources field.
- A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application in the workplace.
- Experience managing and developing a team to achieve organisational goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to handle complex casework with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and inform decision-making.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent in human resources or a related field.
