Employee Relations Business Partner (Education Sector) Remote | Travel across Yorkshire, Northwest & Leeds HO £50,000 – £55,000 + benefits
Are you an experienced ER professional looking to step into a more strategic, business-facing role within the education sector? We’re working with a growing education and care organisation seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support leaders across a multi-site, regulated environment.

The role: You’ll partner with stakeholders across schools and services, leading on complex ER casework, coaching managers, and using people data to improve engagement, retention, and performance. What we’re looking for: Strong Employee Relations experience (complex cases essential) Background in education or a regulated environment Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple sites Solid employment law knowledge Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
