Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Employee Relations - Case Management (6 months FTC) to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and help foster positive, constructive relationships between our people and the organisation. This is a great opportunity to build your ER experience in a supportive team, where your advice and insight will make a real difference to employee experience, manager capability and organisational outcomes. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing clear, practical employee relations advice aligned to people policies and procedures
- Managing and updating accurate employee records within HR systems
- Handling a range of ER queries and escalating complex matters appropriately
- Analysing case information to identify themes, risks and improvement opportunities
- Organising and prioritising workload to meet service level agreements
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the ER team
- Coaching and guiding managers on core HR processes and best practice
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders, HR colleagues and union partners

Who we’re looking for:
- Experience handling high‑volume HR or employee relations queries across multiple channels
- A sound understanding of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes, risk and options clearly
- Good judgement and analytical skills when assessing ER case information
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confidence building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders
- A customer‑focused approach with a commitment to fair and consistent outcomes
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
