Employee Relations Consultant
Interim Employee Relations Consultant
Rate: £500+ per day (PAYE) Location: Hybrid, various sites across the UK Duration: 6 months Start: ASAP
Overview
We are working with multiple clients seeking experienced Interim Employee Relations Consultants. Due to high demand across our client base, we are expanding our pool of ER professionals to cover live and upcoming opportunities, including workforce change and restructuring programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an ER caseload, including:
- Disciplinaries
- Grievances
- Absence
- Performance management
- Investigations
- Support workforce change activity, such as:
- Restructuring
- Redundancies
- TUPE transfers
- Provide expert advice to managers and stakeholders on complex Employee Relations (ER) cases
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy in all cases
- Assist in wider people initiatives and projects as required

Requirements
- Essential:
- Proven hands-on experience in handling ER casework
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Ability to manage a high caseload independently
