Employee Relations Lead (FTC)

HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a high-growth, international technology business to appoint an Employee Relations Lead.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive People team within a fast-paced, values-led organisation that has experienced significant growth. The business is looking for an experienced ER professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating complex employee relations matters and influencing best practice across an international environment.

This is far more than a case management role. You'll work closely with leaders across the business, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice while helping to shape an outstanding employee experience.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the People team, you'll become the organisation's subject matter expert for employee relations, partnering with managers to navigate complex people challenges while driving a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach.

Alongside leading employee relations activity, you'll coach leaders to build capability, support organisational change, use insight to identify emerging trends and contribute to the ongoing evolution of people practices as the business continues to scale internationally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
