What You Will Do
- Provide professional HR support to manufacturing facilities across the West Midlands, with a focus on absence management.
- Manage short- and long-term absence cases, implementing tailored support measures to improve employee outcomes.
- Deliver absence management training to stakeholders, empowering them to manage attendance effectively.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations Administrators to align policies, standardise best practices, and contribute to key projects.
- Partner with Occupational Health services to ensure timely interventions and reduced absence durations.
- Promote and encourage the use of wellbeing resources to drive positive employee support and outcomes.
